Return Policy
Since FituraX offers digital subscriptions, there are no physical returns.
Refunds are issued only if the plan has not been accessed or used within 7 days of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your plan at any time through your account dashboard.
- After cancellation, you’ll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund, email billing@fiturax.com with your order ID, payment receipt, and reason for the request.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
