Return Policy

Since FituraX offers digital subscriptions, there are no physical returns.

Refunds are issued only if the plan has not been accessed or used within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

  1. You can cancel your plan at any time through your account dashboard.

  2. After cancellation, you’ll retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

  3. No partial refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

     

Refund Procedure

To initiate a refund, email billing@fiturax.com with your order ID, payment receipt, and reason for the request.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
